(2904) Millman is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 20 December 1981 by the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station ( IAU code 688) of the Lowell Observatory in Coconino County was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Canadian astronomer Peter Millman (1906–1990), who devoted his work to the exploration and observation of meteors .
