(3084) Kondratyuk is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on August 19, 1977 by the Russian astronomer Nikolai Stepanowitsch Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj ( IAU code 095).
The asteroid was named after the Soviet engineer and space theorist Juri Wassiljewitsch Kondratjuk (1897–1942).
