(3807) Pagels is an asteroid of the main belt , which from the September 26, 1981 American US astronomer Brian A. Skiff and Norman G. Thomas at the Anderson Mesa Station of the Lowell Observatory ( IAU code in 688) Flagstaff was discovered .
The asteroid was named after the US physicist Heinz Pagels (1939–1988).
