(4529) Webern is an asteroid of the main belt , on March 1, 1984 of the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station (IAU code 688) of the Lowell Observatory in Coconino County was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Austrian composer Anton Webern (1883–1945), who was a student of Arnold Schönberg 's Second School in Vienna .
