The Communauté de communes du Pays de Saint-Flour is a former community association ( Communauté de communes ) in the French department of Cantal in the Auvergne region .

Member municipalities

history

The community association was founded on December 11, 1994 with five member communities. In January 2000, the nine municipalities of Anglards-de-Saint-Flour, Lastic, Mentières, Montchamp, Paulhac, Sériers, Tanavelle and Vieillespesse were added. They were followed by the municipality of Villedieu in 2006, the municipality of Lavastrie in 2008 and the municipality of Cussac in 2010.

With effect from January 1, 2014, this association merged with the Association of Communauté de communes Margeride-Truyère . The new association is called Communauté de communes du Pays de Saint-Flour Margeride .
