40-year-old Claire magically transforms into her 16-year-old self. Her husband and children do not notice that she is their mother, only her best friend Sybille recognizes her and tries with her to transform her back.
She enrolls in school as Tamara and, as her children's new classmate, quickly gains access to them and gets to know them from a completely different perspective. Her husband Frank is also drawn to her, but the constant absence of Claire puts a strain on the family.
