It is suitable for polycarbonates , polyalkylene terephthalates , polyacetals , polyamides , polyphenylene sulfides , polyphenylene ethers , aromatic copolymers , thermoplastic polyurethane and polyurethane fibers as well as for polyvinyl chloride , styrene homo- and copolymers. Applications include molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers.

The range of application of UV-234 is between 0.15 and 0.60%, depending on the substrate and the performance requirements of the end application.
