Soccer Southeast Asian Cup 2014
The AFF Suzuki Cup 2014 was the 10th edition of the Southeast Asian Football Championship . The tournament took place from November 22nd to December 20th, 2014.
host
Singapore and Vietnam were announced as co-hosts by the AFF on April 3, 2013. Initially, the Philippines and Indonesia were considered as possible co-hosts.
qualification
- Direct participation
The teams from Laos , Cambodia , East Timor , Brunei and Myanmar first had to compete against each other in a qualification. This was played in a championship system for the two places still to be allocated.

The qualifying tournament took place from October 12-20 , 2014 in Vientiane , Laos .

Final tournament
The game was played in two groups of four teams each. The group winners and runners-up then met in the semifinals. The winners of the semi-finals then determined the winner of the ASEAN championship 2014. The semi-finals and the final were played in home and away matches.
