The Burgenland ArbeiterSport Verein Neufeld (spelling: asv neufeld) is a football club. It was re- founded in Neufeld an der Leitha in 1923 and emerged from the socialist youth movement . The Neufeld workers' sports club was first founded in 1895.

ASV Neufeld was able to shape Burgenland football until the 1972/73 season.

The club is currently playing in the 2nd class north of Burgenland.

(1) The national champion 1946 was determined from the masters of the 1st class.

Well-known former players

Women's team

The women's fighting team played in the Burgenland women's league from the 2010/11 season . The 2012/13 season ended in second place with a goal difference of 5:50.

Geza Gallos memorial tournament

In 2015, ASV Neufeld organized the Geza Gallos memorial tournament for the first time in memory of its most prominent player . It was an international tournament for U-8 and U-10 teams. At the first edition, the international participants came from Slovakia , Croatia , Bosnia and Herzegovina and Hungary . The tournament takes place every year. The 2016 title holders were SK Rapid Wien (U8) and Sparta Prague (U10).
