Accademia di belle arti Kandinsky

The Accademia di belle arti Kandinskij is a college of art on the Italian island of Sicily and was founded on October 20, 1999. The foundation goes back to the decentralization initiative. The director is Silvia Guaiana, the university president Prof. Riccardo Pugliese. A graduate degree in graphic design, fashion design or product design is a master's degree or diploma .

Location and facilities

Since 2013, the university has been located in the far west of the city of Trapani near the Torre di Ligny and the port on the west side of Via Cappuccini in a former Capuchin monastery . The premises are also used by the French scientific college Supinfo , founded in 1965 . It is planned to set up a gallery for contemporary art on the ground floor in order to document the bond with the city and to offer a tourist attraction. By working with Supinfo it is possible to offer specific seminars in computer science for your own students .
