Adam Bałabuch (born April 13, 1961 in Ścinawka Średnia , Powiat Kłodzki , Lower Silesian Voivodeship , Poland ) is auxiliary bishop in Świdnica .

Life

The auxiliary bishop in Breslau , Adam Dyczkowski , ordained him on June 24, 1985 as a deacon . On May 24, 1986 the Archbishop of Wroclaw, Cardinal Henryk Roman Gulbinowicz , ordained him priest . In the following years he worked as a parish priest and theology professor. On June 25, 2004, Bałabuch was incardinated in the clergy of the Świdnica diocese , where he also became vicar general . From 2005 to 2008 he was also the rector of the Świdnica Seminary .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on March 19, 2008 titular bishop of Aurusuliana and auxiliary bishop in Świdnica. He was ordained episcopate on May 8th of the same year by the Bishop of Świdnica, Ignacy Dec ; Co- consecrators were Marian Gołębiewski , Archbishop of Wroclaw , and Stefan Regmunt , Bishop of Zielona Góra-Gorzów . As a motto he chose Totus Christi et Mariae .
