Titular diocese Aurusuliana

Aurusuliana is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

The ancient bishopric , which perished in the 7th century, was located in the Roman province of Africa near Byzacena (Bizacena), in what is now the Sahel region of Tunisia . Two smaller provinces, Byzacena and Tripolitania , were separated from the large province of Africa by the Roman Emperor Diocletian as part of his administrative reforms at the end of the 3rd century AD .
