The powiat Kłodzki is a powiat ( district ) in the Polish Lower Silesian Voivodeship . The powiat essentially comprises the areas of the former county of Glatz or the former districts of Glatz and Habelschwerdt and, from 1855 to 1932, the district of Neurode . The powiat has an area of 1643.37 km², on which 161,452 inhabitants live.
