The Gmina wiejska Nowa Ruda is a rural municipality in the Polish Lower Silesian Voivodeship and in the powiat Kłodzki . The seat of the rural community is the town of Nowa Ruda [ 'nɔva' ruda ] ( German Neurode ), which does not belong to the rural community. The Gmina has an area of ​​139.7 km² and 11,599 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2019).
