Adrienne Corri
Adrienne Corri , actually Adrienne Riccoboni , (born November 13, 1930 in Glasgow , Scotland , † March 13, 2016 in London , England ) was a British actress .
Live and act
Adrienne Corri, the daughter of an Italian and a Scottish woman, began her training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 1946. From 1948 she took on stage roles, and in 1947 she made her film debut under her maiden name Adrienne Riccoboni in the television film The Infernal Machine . For the next three decades, film and television occupied the vast majority of her acting activities. She regularly embodied spirited, sensual and cultured women in her roles.
Corri was married to actor Daniel Massey from 1961 to 1967 . She left behind a son and daughter, who came from a relationship with the film producer Patrick Filmer-Sankey (1925-1995) in the 1950s, and a sister.
