Alan Taimurasowitsch Kassajew ( Russian Алан Таймуразович Касаев ; born April 8, 1986 in Ordzhonikidze ) is a Russian football player.

Career

society

Alan Kassajew began his career in the 2nd division at FK Titan Reutov . In the 2003 season he moved to the Premjer League to Schinnik Yaroslavl , but he was not yet able to prevail. In 2004 he moved to Zenit St. Petersburg , where he was only used in the reserve team. Then he moved to Alania Wladikawkas on loan in 2007 , where he was allowed to play again for a long time. At the end of the season Alania wanted to sign him, but the project failed. In spring 2008 he then moved to FK Kuban Krasnodar . There he succeeded with the team promotion to the first division. Rubin Kazan signed him in the 2009 season ; with him he became champion in the same year.

National team

In September 2010 Kassajew received the invitation of the Russian national team to play in the qualifying round of Euro 2012 against Andorra ; however, he spent the entire game on the bench.
