Albert Doppelhofer (born June 23, 1976 in Vorau ) is a former Austrian ski racer , sports scientist, certified sports trainer, certified Austrian ski instructor, sports instructor and today's ski trainer of the German men's national ski team. Doppelhofer has been with the German Ski Association for a good decade . Albert Doppelhofer attended the main ski school in Schladming . Due to knee problems, Doppelhofer ended his dream of being a professional ski professional at an early stage and joined the Dutch national ski team as a fitness trainer after finishing school. He then switched to the Austrian Ski Association as a fitness trainer . At the time, Rainer Schönfelder and Manfred Pranger were active as athletes in this Austrian squad.

Doppelhofer has been working as a slalom technique trainer for the German Ski Association since 1999 .
