Albert Oeser
Albert Oeser (born April 16, 1878 in Heilbronn ; † October 2, 1959 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German business journalist .
Career
Oeser attended secondary school in Chemnitz and Crimmitschau and completed a bank apprenticeship in Leisnig . After working in a bank in Hanover and Hamburg, Oeser joined the Frankfurter Zeitung in 1902 as an editor and correspondent , and represented its trade editorial office as a correspondent in Berlin from 1904 to 1926. In 1926 he was entrusted with the management of the trading section. In 1938 he retired for political reasons, but remained active for the FC until it was banned in August 1943. After the end of the Second World War he was one of the founders of the magazine Die Gegenwart .
