Albert Thomas Daeger OFM (born March 5, 1872 in Saint Ann , Indiana , USA ; † December 2, 1932 in Santa Fe , New Mexico ) was Archbishop of Santa Fe .

Life

Albert Thomas Daeger joined the Congregation of the Franciscan at and received on 25 July 1896, the sacrament of Holy Orders . Daeger had a doctorate in Catholic theology .

On March 10, 1919, Pope Pius XI appointed him . to the Archbishop of Santa Fe. The Archbishop Emeritus of Santa Fe, John Baptist Pitaval , donated him episcopal ordination on May 7 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Denver , John Henry Tihen , and the Bishop of El Paso , Anthony Joseph Schuler SJ .

Albert Thomas Daeger was buried in the Saint Francis Cathedral in Santa Fe.
