Aldo Bertuzzi (born April 15, 1961 in Piacenza ) is a former Italian racing driver .

Racing career

Aldo Bertuzzi started his monoposto career in Formula 3 racing . He drove his first races in 1980 in the Italian championship . In 1982 he entered the Formula 2 European Championship , where he started for Minardi in 1983 . In none of his seven races he was able to classify himself in the points. After two races for Team Merzario in 1984 , he turned his back on the racing series and, from 1985 , drove a few races in the International Formula 3000 Championship for three years . There, too, he remained without points.

In sports car racing , his best finish in the final classification was tenth in the 1983 Mugello 1000 km race . At Le Mans in 1985 , he drove an Alba AR6 , which failed after damage to the electrical system.
