Aleksandar Stoimirović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Александар Стоимировић ; born December 11, 1982 in Obrenovac , now in Serbia ) is a Serbian football player who has played for FC Qormi in Malta since the beginning of 2017 . His preferred position is the offensive midfield.
Stoimirović began his career at FK Radnički Obrenovac . From 2004 he played with FK Hajduk Rodić M&B Kula (from 2005: FK Hajduk Kula ) in the Serbian-Montenegrin Prva liga Srbije i Crne Gore . After his contract expired in the summer of 2006, Stoimirović was without a club until November 2006. Then he signed a contract with the Ukrainian club Vorskla Poltava . He left Vorskla Poltava after a year and a half in the summer of 2008 and played from now on for the Bulgarian club FC Chernomorez Burgas . In the winter break of the 2009/10 season Stoimirović moved to FK Čukarički Stankom . At the end of the 2009/10 season , he secured relegation with his team. At the beginning of the 2010/11 season he and his team lost almost every game. He left the club in early 2011 to join league rival FK Borac Čačak .
In the summer of 2011, Petrolul Ploieşti brought Stoimirović to the Romanian league 1 . If he was still an integral part of the promoted team at the beginning of the 2011/12 season , he was rarely used in the second half of the season. After relegation, he was without a club for a few months before moving to Pécsi Mecsek FC in Hungary in September 2012 . There he could not prevail and came in the first half of 2012/13 on four missions. At the end of 2012, he dissolved his contract and was again without a club for half a year.
In the summer of 2013, his youth club FK Radnički 1923 Kragujevac took him on. In the first games of the 2013/14 season he was still a regular player, but only came into play once during the further course of the season. In summer 2014 he moved to AE Ermionida in the Greek Football League . He played a game and canceled his contract in early December 2014. In the summer of 2015 he was hired by FK Jagodina . In the 2015/16 season he was used irregularly and was relegated with his team at the end of the season. He joined the FK Dinamo Vranje , who played in the Serbian second division . At the beginning of 2017 he moved to FC Qormi in Malta.
