Aleksandar Stojanović (handball player)

Aleksandar Stojanovic (Serbian: Александар Стојановић ) (* 22. June 1983 in Jagodina ) is from Yugoslavia originating handball player of Serbian nationality.

The 1.97 meter tall and 103 kilogram right back player initially played for RK Roter Stern Belgrade , Vardar Skopje , RK Celje , RK Metalurg Skopje and RK Koper . With these clubs he played in the EHF Cup (2009/10), the European Cup Winners' Cup (2008/09), the EHF Challenge Cup (2005/06) and the EHF Champions League (2004/05, 2006/07, 2007 / 08, 2008/09, 2009/10). Between 2009 and 2016, Schaffhausen was under contract with the Cadets . He then ran for the Hungarian club Balmazújvárosi KK. In the 2017/18 season Stojanović played for Antalyaspor, in which he became the top scorer in the Turkish league. He then joined the French first division club Istres Provence Handball .

Aleksandar Stojanović was part of the Serbian national team , for example for the 2010 European Handball Championship .
