Alexandra Doerk

Alexandra Doerk (born December 11, 1968 ) is a German theater actress , comedian , singer , radio play and dubbing actress .

Alexandra Doerk grew up in Hamburg . She began working as a radio play speaker at the age of seven. In 1976 she made her first television appearance, next to Carlo von Tiedemann in Sesame Street, Germany . She got her first major dubbing role for Megan Follows as Jenny in the Canadian children's series Abenteuer im Ahornland (1979–1980). During her school days she took private singing lessons and was the front singer of various Hamburg bands. At the end of the 80s she worked as a musical performer in Hamburg and was seen, alongside Sweet Charity , Grease and Guys and Dolls , in Jacques Offenbach's operetta Pariser Leben in the Thalia Theater in the 1989/90 season . In 1995, Doerk founded the comedian duo Bo Doerek together with Hubertus Borck , which performed in the entire German-speaking area until its dissolution in 2007. Afterwards she devoted herself to other stage projects, such as the implementation of a play show in the theater in 2009. In 2017 Bo Doerek celebrated their ten-year separation with the stage program Hello again - or what else we had to say .

Doerk is a radio play speaker as Jelena Charkova in the radio play series Die Drei ??? , Claudia in the series Die Funk-Füchse and Alexandra in the series Detective Columbus & Son . She had recurring and episode roles in Edgar Wallace , Hanni and Nanni and Five Friends . Her voice has already been heard in over a hundred radio play productions.

In 2020 Alexandra Doerk was in the play Twice Around the World - Or where does Grandma want to go? to be seen in the First Stage Theater Hamburg. In the play written by Hubertus Borck, she played the second leading female role alongside Diana Böge. The resumption of production in April 2020 was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic .
