In her publications she mainly deals with climate change and the question of why we need an awareness of urgency. Her further focus areas include evolution management and strategic management as well as methods for the sustainable control of digital transformation, new thinking styles and various forms of interdisciplinary cooperation - for example with humanities, social and natural scientists, economists, computer scientists, psychologists, philosophers and representatives of the creative industries.

She was co-founder and moderator of the Burgthanner Dialoge, a non-commercial series of events organized by the Burgthann community under the patronage of the 1st Mayor . It took place from 2010 to 2019 and was dedicated to current social challenges and future strategies.
