Ronny Blaschke

Ronny Blaschke (born September 15, 1981 in Rostock ) is a German sports journalist .

Life

He graduated from the Richard-Wossidlo-Gymnasium in Ribnitz-Damgarten in 2000 and studied sports and political science at the University of Rostock from 2001 to 2004 . Blaschke reports for the Süddeutsche Zeitung , the Berliner Zeitung , the Frankfurter Rundschau and the Deutschlandradio , among others . Blaschke lives as a freelance sports journalist in Berlin. He is a member of the German Academy for Football Culture .

Constitutional protection mishap

In September 2013, Lower Saxony's constitution protection agency informed Blaschke that he had illegally ended up in an extremism file. As it turned out a short time later, he had only been accidentally observed. It was a mix up of names. What was meant was Ronald Blaschke , born in 1959, research assistant for the chairman of the Left Party , Katja Kipping , and spokesman for the Basic Income Network .
