Controversy
In the 1980s, Hans Dieter Lepzien ( NSDAP structural organization ) constructed the bombs for the attacks by the “Otte Group” operating in Lower Saxony. He had participated in the bombing work on behalf of the Lower Saxony constitution protection agency.
The journalist Andrea Röpke was observed from 2006 to 2012 by the Lower Saxony Office for the Protection of the Constitution. A request from the journalist to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution in 2012 as to whether data about her were stored was denied. However, this statement was wrong. In September 2013, the constitution protection of Lower Saxony informed the sports journalist Ronny Blaschke that he had illegally ended up in an extremism file. As it turned out a short time later, he had only been accidentally observed. It was a mix up of names. What was meant was Ronald Blaschke , born in 1959, research assistant to Linken boss Katja Kipping and spokesman for the Basic Income Network.
