Alfonso Sánchez Tinoco (born June 28, 1918 in Tanhuato , Michoacán , Mexico , † October 19, 1970 ) was Bishop of Papantla .

Life

Alfonso Sánchez Tinoco received on 19 December 1942, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On February 6, 1959, Pope John XXIII appointed him . to the Bishop of Papantla. The Archbishop of Morelia , Luis María Altamirano y Bulnes , gave him episcopal ordination on March 22nd of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of San Luis Potosí , Luis Cabrera Cruz , and the Bishop of León , Manuel Martín del Campo Padilla .
