ALIDIS / Agenor is the first international purchasing cooperation between independent European retail chains.

The French group of companies "ITM Entreprises SA" ( umbrella brand " Les Mousquetaires ", best-known sales line Intermarché ), the Spanish " Grupo Eroski " and (since April 2005) the German Edeka each have a one-third stake in ALIDIS / Agenor .
