Alison Owen

Alison Mary Owen (* 1961 in Portsmouth ) is a British film producer .

Owen has been a producer since the early 1990s. She became known in 1998 as the producer of the film Elizabeth , for which she, Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan received awards at the British Academy Film Awards and received an Oscar nomination.

Other films she has produced include The Queen's Sister , The Proof - Love Between Genius and Madness and Hand in Hand with Death .

Owen was married to actor Keith Allen from 1982 to 1989 . The marriage had three children, including the singer Lily Allen and the actor Alfie Allen . In the mid-1990s, she had a three-year relationship with comedian Harry Enfield .
