Alsótold is a Hungarian community in the district Pásztó in Nógrád county .
Geographical location
Alsótold is eight and a half kilometers northwest of the town of Pásztó , on the small river Zsunyi-patak . Neighboring communities are Cserhátszentiván, Felsőtold and Kozárd.
