Amélie Grözinger

Amélie Grözinger (* 1982 in Regensburg ) is a German artist .

Life

From 2002 to 2004 she first studied philosophy and cultural studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin . This was followed by a three-year course in fashion design at the Lette-Verein Berlin. The artist, who lives and works in Berlin, has adopted the techniques of sculpture herself. Grözinger uses "materials such as paper, styrofoam, plaster or resin, which she combines with found objects such as branches and trunks ... The sculptures seem to grow plant-like into the room ...".
