Amphoe Noen Kham ( Thai : อำเภอ เนิน ขาม ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in the southwestern part of the Chai Nat Province . The Chai Nat Province is located in the northern part of the central region of Thailand .

Neighboring districts are (from north clockwise): Amphoe Hankha the province of Chai Nat, the Amphoe Doem Bang Nang Buat and Dan Chang of the province of Suphan Buri and Amphoe Ban Rai of Uthai Thani province .

history

The district of Noen Kham was initially set up as a “branch district” ( King Amphoe ) on July 1, 1997 , by separating the two tambon Noen Kham and Kabok Tia from the Hankha district .

On May 15, 2007, the Thai government decided to raise all 81 King Amphoe to "normal" Amphoe status to simplify administration. With the publication in the Royal Gazette "Issue 124 chapter 46" on August 24, 2007 this decision officially entered into force.

Amphoe Noen Kham is divided into three communities ( Tambon ) , which in turn are divided into 48 village communities ( Muban ) .

Local administration

Noen Kham (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล เนิน ขาม ) small town ( Thesaban Tambon ) in the district. It consists of the entire Tambon Noen Kham.

In the district there are also two "Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) for the tambon in the district that do not belong to any city.

  • Noen Kham (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล เนิน ขาม ) consisting of the complete Tambon Noen Kham.

There are also two " tambon administration organizations " ( องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Tambon Administrative Organizations, TAO)

  • Kabok Tia (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล กะ บก เตี้ย ) consisting of the complete tambon Kabok Tia.
  • Suk Duean Ha (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล สุข เดือน ห้า ) consisting of the complete tambon Suk Duean Ha.
