Amphoe Yaring ( Thai : อำเภอ ยะหริ่ง ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in the north of Pattani Province . The Pattani Province is located in the southeast of the southern region of Thailand on the Gulf of Thailand .
geography
Neighboring counties and areas are (clockwise from east): Panare , Mayo , Yarang and Mueang Pattani . In the north lies the Gulf of Thailand .
Attractions
- The beach of Ta Lo Ka Po ( หาด ตะ โละ กา โป ร์ ) - about 18 km north of the district capital, a fine sandy beach with pine trees. Many of the colorful Kolae boats are moored here.

Local administration
There are four small towns ( Thesaban Tambon ) in the county:
- Than Yong ( เทศบาล ตำบล ตันหยง ) consists of parts of the Tambon Manang Yong,
- Bang Pu ( เทศบาล ตำบล บางปู ) consists of the entire Tambon Bang Pu,
- Yaring ( เทศบาล ตำบล ยะหริ่ง ) consists of parts of the Tambon Ya Mu,
- Tolang ( เทศบาล ตำบล ต อ หลัง ) consists of the entire tambon Tolang.
There are also 14 “tambon administrative organizations” (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ) for the tambon or the parts of tambon in the county that do not belong to any town.
