The District Court Halle (Saale) is a district court in Saxony-Anhalt . It's a presidential court. Its president is Peter Weber.

The judicial district includes the independent city of Halle (Saale) , as well as the cities of Landsberg and Wettin-Löbejün and the communities of Kabelsketal , Petersberg , Salzatal and Teutschenthal , which all belong to the Saale district . It maintains a joint standby service with the Merseburg District Court , which is responsible for the rest of the Saalekreis.

The court are in the stages of appeal the district court hall , the Naumburg Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court superior.

It has been located in the Halle Justice Center since 1998 . The former court building and seat of the public prosecutor's office with remand prison was located at 7 Kleine Steinstrasse in downtown Halle (Saale).
