Anamarija Brajdić (born February 3, 1987 in Rijeka ) is a Croatian biathlete .
Anamarija Brajdić is a student. She lives and trains in Delnice and starts for the Jarun club . The athlete, trained by Georgi Petrov Fartunov, has been involved in biathlon since 2003 and has been a member of the Croatian national team since then. In her first year she already competed in her first international races as part of the Junior European Cup. The highlight of the first season was participation in the 2004 Junior World Championships in Haute-Maurienne . The best results were ranked 54th in the singles and eleven in the relay. A year later he achieved the best results at the Junior World Championships in Kontiolahti, 28th place in the sprint and seventh with the relay. A third time Brajdić took part in a Junior World Championship in Presque Isle in 2006 , where she just missed a top ten result in eleventh place in the individual and was also 28th in the sprint, 32nd in the pursuit and ninth in the relay race. The results at the European Junior Championships were slightly worse with 19th place in the individual as the best result.
Brajdić made her debut for women at the start of the 2004/05 European Cup season in a sprint in Langdorf , where she immediately won first points as 27th. In the same season, the Croatian competed in the World Cup for the first time in Oberhof and reached 82nd place in the sprint. In the following period she mostly placed in the ranges between 80 and 100. In Hochfilzen she started for the first time at the biathlon world championships . She finished 92nd in the singles and 94th in the sprint. Between 2006 and 2008 Brajdić did not take part in major international competitions, made her comeback in the European Cup from 2008 , and in the World Cup since 2009 . The highlight of the season was the second participation in the Biathlon World Championships in Pyeongchang , South Korea , where the Croatian competed in three races. In the sprint she ran to 101st place, in the individual she was 80th and 22nd with Andrijana Stipaničić , Marina Kovačec and Vivijana Papić in the relay.
