Anastasia Alexandrovna Kodirowa ( Russian Анастасия Александровна Кодирова , English transcription: Anastasiya Aleksandrovna Kodirova * 22 July 1979 in Chelyabinsk , Russian SFSR , Soviet Union as Anastasia Alexandrovna Belikowa , Russian Анастасия Александровна Беликова ) is a Russian volleyball player . She became European champion in 1997 and 1999 and won a silver medal at the 2000 Olympic Games.
Career
Kodirowa began her career in Chelyabinsk with the trainer LW Sukhova. In 1995 she became European champion and vice world champion in the juniors.
At the 2000 Olympic Games , Kodirova won a silver medal with the Russian national team.
At the World Championships in Japan in 1998 and in Germany in 2002 , Kodirowa took third place.
At the European Championships in 1997 in the Czech Republic and 1999 in Italy , Russia won the title together with Kodirowa.
Private
Kodirova has been married since 2007.
