Volleyball World Grand Prix 1999

The 1999 season of the Volleyball World Grand Prix was the seventh edition of the competition. It started on August 13th and ended on August 29th. Russia won the title for the second time.

mode

Eight teams competed in the preliminary round. In the first two weeks two tournaments with four teams took place in parallel. The four best teams in the overall ranking qualified for the Final Four.

Final round

The Final Four was held from August 27th to 28th in Yuxi ( People's Republic of China ). The semi-finals took place on the first day, followed by the third place match and the final.
