Andrea Bruno Mazzocato (born September 1, 1948 in San Trovaso ) is Archbishop of Udine .

Life

Andrea Bruno Mazzocato was ordained a priest on September 3, 1972 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Adria-Rovigo on October 11, 2000 . From 1996 to 2000 he was Regens of the Treviso Seminary .

The bishop of Treviso, Paolo Magnani , ordained him on 9 December of the same year Bishop ; Co- consecrators were Martino Gomiero , Bishop Emeritus of Adria-Rovigo, and Antonio Mistrorigo , Bishop Emeritus of Treviso.

As a motto he chose Pro vobis in Christo ministri . On December 3, 2003, he was appointed Bishop of Treviso and on January 18 of the following year he was appointed to the office. He was named Archbishop of Udine on August 20, 2009 and was introduced to the office on October 18 of the same year.
