Andrea Luci (born March 30, 1985 in Piombino ) is an Italian football player who has been under contract with AS Livorno since July 2010 .

Career

Andrea Luci, who prefers to play the position of central midfielder, began his active career at Fiorentina . After he had stayed there until 2002 in the youth department, he went to the Italian record champions Juventus Turin after the club went bankrupt . In the 2003/04 season he won the Italian Cup with the Primavera team in two games against Inter Milan , the midfielder was a regular in both games. In the same year he also won the Coppa Carnevale , known as Torneo di Viareggio, with the team . The following year he won the Torneo di Viareggio again with the team. He worked with Domenico Criscito , Paolo De Ceglie and Claudio Marchisio, among others .

After he was not taken into account for the first team of Juventus Turin, Luci was awarded for the 2005/06 season to the then third division club ASD Torres Calcio . In the course of the season he made it into the starting eleven. On the 20th matchday he scored his first goal for Torres Calcio in the away game at Manfredonia Calcio , the Sassari- based team won 3-2 in Manfredonia . At the end of the season he finished third with the club in the Girone B in the third-class C1 series . As a result, Luci took part with Torres Calcio in the play-offs for promotion to Serie B.
