Andrea Parker (born March 8, 1970 in Monterey County , Southern California ) is an American actress .

life and career

Andrea Parker was born the oldest of four children. At the age of six she found a connection to music and dance and took part in youth ballet courses in New York , San Francisco and Cleveland . At the age of 15, Parker joined the San Francisco Ballet, where she stayed for three years.

Parker then returned to Southern California and began her career as a dancer. She has appeared in videos, in advertising, and at fashion events. After she had attended acting classes for five years, a manager noticed her during a performance of the play Fine Line in Los Angeles and hired her for the Seinfeld episode The Contest .

With her appearances as Linda Farrell in the series Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme as Dr. Doug Ross' girlfriend and as Lieutenant Caitlin Pike on JAG - She got more and more famous on behalf of the Honor . She had her breakthrough with the role of Miss Parker in the mystery series Pretender .
