Andrea Temesvári (born April 26, 1966 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian tennis player .

Career

Temesvári's professional career began in 1981 and lasted until 1997. Her greatest success was winning the 1986 French Open title ; with tennis legend Martina Navrátilová at her side, she defeated Steffi Graf and Gabriela Sabatini clearly in two sets (6: 1, 6: 2).

The Hungarian also secured four single and four double titles on the WTA Tour . In January 1984 she achieved her best position in the WTA world rankings with rank 7 in the individual .

Temesvári played a total of 47 games for the Hungarian Fed Cup team , with 27 wins.
