Andreas Less
Andreas Less (born January 19, 1958 in Coburg ) is a former German long-distance runner .
Sporting successes
In 1981 he won the German championships in 25 km road running . In 1982 he was third in the German Marathon Championships and won the Essen Marathon around the Baldeneysee .
In 1983 he finished third in the Munich Marathon . The following year he was eighth in the Houston Marathon , fourth in the German Marathon Championships and won the night of Borgholzhausen with the German best time over 10 miles of 47:15 min. In 1985 he finished fourth in Houston.
At the World Cross Country Championships he came in 1980 in Paris on 137th place and in 1981 in Madrid on 159th place.
He won the Gersthofen New Year's Eve run four times (1977, 1982, 1983, 1985).
Career
Andreas Less started for TSV 1860 Munich and TG Viktoria Augsburg . He is a sports physician and runs a doctor's practice in Diedorf .
