Andrew Nkea Fuanya (born August 29, 1965 in Widikum , Cameroon ) is a Cameroonian clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bamenda .

Life

Andrew Nkea Fuanya received on 22 April 1992, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 10 July 2013 it appointed Pope Francis to Coadjutor Bishop of Mamfe . He was ordained bishop by the Apostolic Nuncio in Cameroon, Piero Pioppo , on August 23 of the same year. Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Mamfe, Francis Teke Lysinge , and the Bishop of Buéa , Emmanuel Bushu . With the resignation of Bishop Francis Teke Lysinge on January 25, 2014, he succeeded him as Bishop of Mamfe.

On December 30, 2019, the Pope appointed him Archbishop of Bamenda to succeed Cornelius Fontem Esua . The inauguration took place on February 22, 2020.
