Anecamp or Anencamp near Hanover was a deserted place in the Middle Ages .

history

On July 15, 1310, Johannes von Anecamp sold his goods in Anecamp and Socingherode to the abbess and the convent of Fischbeck Monastery .

Also in the 14th century, in 1325 for the first time was in disputes around the place Anecamp, in documents mentioned Gogericht on the Hassel at Lühnde responsible, as well as the places Lazen , Sarstedt , Evern and Wülferode were made for those on the Hassel also "Verlassungen" .

In 1384 Ashwin von Roden is said to have given the Marienkapelle in front of the Aegidientor in Hanover a farm in Anecamp with three hooves of land. According to the mayor of Hanover, Christian Ulrich Grupen, however, "[...] Ashwin von Roden had left Eylhard von Gledinge on public Goding zum Hasle in front of the Gogrefen Heyneke Jordens A. 1384". Eylhardus de Gledinghe therefore owned 3 Hufen land as a fiefdom from Ashwin von Roden and thus endowed the altar Margarethae of the Lieben Frauen Chapel in front of the Aegidientor. After the village of Anecamp had "[...] gone out", the Meier of the village moved to Kirchrode and from there farmed "[...] the land on the Anecampe" until at least around 1740.

A chronicle then named a chapel for the year 1483: "[...] capellen tho anecamp". However, a farm called “Anekampe”, located in front of Bemerode, was mentioned as late as the 16th century . Numerous fragments from the 13th and 14th centuries were later found at the deserted site. From the arrangement of the corridors and existing documents it can be concluded that there were a total of nine former farmsteads.

Anecampstrasse

The Anecampstrasse , named in the Hanoverian district of Bemerode in 1966 , which leads from Brabeckstrasse to Bemeroder Anger , was a dirt road around 1850 and was "[...] named after the desolate place Anecamp, which was probably located here".
