Angela Tamaş-Alupei (born May 1, 1972 in Bacau , Bacau County ) is a former Romanian rower .
She studied sport at the University of George Bacovia Bacau . Alupei first took part in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , where she competed in a double foursome, but only reached tenth place. At the 2000 Olympics in Sydney and 2004 in Athens , she won the other hand, each in double sculls gold medal. In 2005 she ended her international career.
