Bacau County
Bacău [ baˈkəu̯ ] ( ) is a Romanian district (Județ) in the Moldova region with the county seat of Bacău . The license plate number and the common abbreviation for the circle is BC.
The county Bacau bordered to the north of the county Neamt , in the east to the Vaslui county , in the south of the county of Vrancea , and in the west to the counties of Covasna and Harghita .
Demographics
In 2002 it had 708,751 inhabitants and a population density of 107 inhabitants per km².
In 2011, Bacau County had 616,168 inhabitants and a population density of 93 inhabitants per km².
