The Angela James Bowl is a sporting award of the Canadian Women's Hockey League that was introduced for the 2007/08 season and is presented annually to the league's top scorer. The award is named after Angela James (* 1964), who was active for many years in the Central Ontario Women's Hockey League and National Women's Hockey League and is considered a pioneer of women's ice hockey in Canada. On March 22, 2008, Angela James presented the award to Jennifer Botterill for the first time during the CHWL final .

Jennifer Botterill was the top scorer of the first season of the CWHL and was the first player to receive the award. Jayna Hefford won the trophy in the following season with 69 points scorer.

In 2012 Meghan Agosta became the first rookie player to win the award with 80 scorer points. In 2013, Agosta repeated this success, becoming the first woman to receive the award twice.

In the 2016/17 season, two players scored the same number of points for the first time: Jess Jones from Brampton Thunder and Marie-Philip Poulin from Les Canadiennes de Montréal . Therefore, both players received the trophy.
