Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli (born January 9, 1987 in Onsala , Hallands län ) is a Swedish show jumper.

Career

Augustsson took riding lessons as a child by helping out in the riding arenas. Later she rode horses for other people and trained them. In 2005 she took part in the Junior European Championships in show jumping.

In 2006 she was discovered by Dietmar Gugler , who recognized her talent. From then on she was employed in Gugler's stable in Pfungstadt , where she is responsible for training, training and show presentation of the sport horses as well as customer care. She took part in a total of three European championships for young riders. After several successes at major equestrian events, she had her international breakthrough in early 2011 when she won the World Cup jumping at the Gothenburg Horse Show with Mic Mac du Tillard . Also in 2011 she took part in an international championship for the first time after completing her young rider days.

At the end of 2013 Augustsson moved to Belgium, where she works in Lasne . On June 13, 2015, she married the Brazilian show jumper Marlon Zanotelli in Belgium. Upon marriage, she took the name Augustsson Zanotelli. Their daughter was born in February 2016.
