Anja Pfluger (born November 16, 1993 in Ravensburg ) is a German soccer player . She has been under contract with 1. FC Köln since July 2020 .
Career
Pfluger started playing soccer at the Ravensburger district club TSV Eschach and switched to VfB Friedrichshafen with the start of the youth class and with special permission from the DFB , as this did not have a girls' soccer department.
Out of the A-Jugend , she moved to FC Bayern Munich at the age of 18 , for whose second team she played in the 2nd Bundesliga South from 2011 to 2018 and since 2018 - due to reform - in the single-track 2nd Bundesliga . She made her senior debut on August 28, 2011 (2nd matchday) in the 0-1 defeat in the home game against 1. FC Köln from the start, before she was substituted for Antonija Kotarac in the 79th minute. She scored her first competitive goal on October 23, 2011 (7th matchday) in a 2-0 win at home against FV Löchgau with the goal of a penalty to the final score in the 73rd minute. She made her debut for the first team on October 7, 2017 in the second round of the DFB Cup in a 3-0 win at third division club SV Alberweiler , replacing Kristin Kögel in the second half. She made her Bundesliga debut on September 29, 2019 (5th match day) in a 4-0 win in the home game against MSV Duisburg with a substitution for Lina Magull in the 61st minute.
After the 2019/20 season, she moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for 1. FC Köln.
