Mandavia holds a business degree from the University of Georgia at Athens . He lives in Montreal .

Poker career

Mandavia has been playing online since June 2007 under the nicknames pistons87 ( PokerStars ) and ftpballerstatus ( Full Tilt Poker ) . He has so far booked tournament revenues of more than three million US dollars . At the World Championship of Online Poker , which is played once a year on PokerStars , he won one tournament each in 2011 and 2013 . Since 2010 he has also participated in renowned live tournaments .

In May 2011, Mandavia took 13th place at the main event of the European Poker Tour in Madrid for a prize money of 60,000 euros . In early June 2011 he was the first time in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas successful and died in a tournament variant No-Limit Hold'em the money.
